Yes and it has helped significantly. It was weird at first. The first few days were diarrhea and then it only worked off and on. I stuck with it, however, and it has "normalized." I'm in my 3rd month and if I eat healthy, I have normal bowel movements almost every day. It has made this condition tolerable. Before I couldn't eat any meat or cheese because my digestive system would basically stop. You have to give it time to work, though. I was wondering about it during the 2nd and 3rd weeks, but over time things have gotten pretty good.Good luck.
