I've had IBS-D since birth and it has controlled every aspect of my life. I have recently managed to get down to only 3 BM a day, reasonably solid, by eating around 50g raw cornstarch with every meal. Highly recommend.

My diet is otherwise high starch, high soluble fiber, low insoluble fiber, low fat, vegan.
