I've had what feels like extreme menstrual cramping dayly and sometimes I cannot walk through it or wake up from it. My gyno said it was my stomach and did no test. I was wondering if any of you have this and what causes it? I find it hard to believe it's my stomach when it feels the exact same as a menstrual cramp but increased and is in my lower stomach around my ovary area all across.

I know what you are going through. I have IBS, Crohn's and Endometriosis. I don't know which is causes the pain I get in my lower tummy but let me say Bentyl seems to help me.
