Something just occured to me. I'm a C type, so I don't have to worry about the constant D. But for all you D people, do you ever get dehydrated? Loosing that much liquid must be TERRIBLE for your intestines! How do you control it?Just curious...Spirit.
You get thirsty a LOT! I drink 4-6 16 ounce glasses of water a day. Once I thought if I cut down, maybe the D would dry up and go away, it does NOT work that way though! I also drink juices, etc, and try to avoid too much diuretic stuff like coffee and soda.Gatorade or sports drinks work well too.
