a low carb diet wont make you lose weight past a healthy level. you may drop 10 pounds in the first week but this is mostly just water weight since your not eating all them carbs your body does not need to hold onto all that water to process them. and once your body reaches its healthy weight you won't go any lower. but if your worried just make sure you eat atleast 60 grams of carbohydrates per day not counting fiber and there wont be any risks at that high of an amount.anyways here is the diet i do look for my post it is at the very bottom of page 1 and also some more on page 2 at this link.http://www.ibsgroup.org/forums/index.php?/topic/119213-cant-seem-to-be-able-to-enjoy-any-nice-food/and you may need more nutrients being pregnant than what you can get from the IBS-D diet that i do. so here is more foods a pregnant and nurseing woman needs most of which i can eat too. sept im allergic to coconut.http://www.westonaprice.org/childrens-health/311-diet-for-pregnant-and-nursing-mothers.htmlat that link you can click on the highlighted foods like Soaked whole grains and it will tell you how to eat grains in a healthy way that wont make you sick.try eating rasberries everyday or every other day too and maybe brown rice a few times per week. eat around 60-80 grams of carbohydrates a day not counting fiber. also you may need to experiment at times because i have never really suffered from constipation but i still think my diet will help you. you can experiment with new vegetables too cause some help with constipation but try too only eat locally grown ones you don't want any canned vegetables/foods.also here is another good site for mothershttp://www.biblelife.org/babyfood.htmalso when your baby is born it is very important that you Breast feed your baby because a mothers breast milk is the best food on earth for your baby. it has everything your baby needs it even has vitamin K2-MK4 which grows a strong brain and strong bones.however if for some reason you cannot breast feed here is a list of home made baby formulas you can make. and the vitamin K2-MK4 is only in a human mothers breast milk and grass fed animal fat/organs and pasture raised chicken eggs.http://www.westonaprice.org/childrens-health/319-recipes-for-homemade-baby-formula.htmland remember to never eat soy. pregnant mothers who eat large amounts of soy during pregnacy can have birth defects such as the baby boy haveing an inverted penis. and never feed your baby soy. Infants exclusively fed soy-based formula have 13,000 to 22,000 times more estrogen compounds in their blood than babies fed milk-based formula, the estrogenic equivalent of at least five birth control pills per day.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjZs0DGW1Jkand also here is some more info on IBS.http://www.biblelife.org/bowel.htmhope this info helps
