I went to the drugstore today to buy the Caltrate Plus that you all have been raving about and discovered that there are about 6 different kinds of Caltrates. I was just wondering exactly which kind you all were using. I got the Caltrate 600 Plus Chewables. (Tired of taking pills) It has the extra vitamin D and Minerals. Do you think there is a big difference between any of these??

What you got is just fine. Please read my post "Calcium info" for more information of the difference in kinds of calcuim. I think it may help you. Hope you find a big difference after taking the calcium. I didn't know you could get chewables. That's news to me. Think I'll look for them next time. I'm tired of swallowing pills too.

How about drinkables? I've put a Caltrate Plus in a half glass of water and in an hour you can stir it up and drink it. It tastes just like water and doesn't gag you. I tried it also with a Calcium with vitamin-D tablet and it works the same.

Mandy,You got the right kind and I think the chewables will work just fine.LindaIf it works for you you can also find a calcium with the exact same ingredients that will be cheaper. Just make sure it has the same ingredients.
