I have always been primarily IBS-D. During my pregnancy my IBS-D symptoms were much less frequent and had quite a bit of C--which I guess is actually normal. Now, 12 months after giving birth, I am still more regular but seem to be more IBS-C than D. Although I still do get D occassionally, it has dropped off a lot from previously when I got it 1-4 times a week to now when I get D 1 or 2 times a month. I now seem to be C at least a couple times a week.Has any one else had this type of change last?

Yeah same thing happened to me. I was always IBS-D until pregnant and then actually had normal BM's until the last month of my pregnancy and then was C (probably due more to the position of my son then IBS). Then after I had my son had horrible IBS-D for the first 8 months and then switched to IBS-D/C which I have been since (my son is almost 3). I don't get D as often as I did before but not a real fan of this switching back and forth bit.Erin
