I dine out-in fact i did last night-I told myself, if I don't feel good, I will take Pepto-Bismal or Dioval (I took Pepto on my way to the restaurant-If I feel an attack coming on, I run to the bathroom, I know it sucks (Believe me, one of my closest friend's, ...is the bathroom) Sometimes, I hit rock bottom, and I just feel anit-social and don't want to leave my sofa, but I don't want the IBS to control me, I want to control it..You also need to know what you can and cannot eat. I had breaded shrimp and rice and bits of salad, half the plate and have garlic bread..I suggest breathing exercises because it helps relax you. Right now, I am just starting hypnotherapy.P-
