I don't yet have a firm IBS diagnosis, as I've not gone through any testing yet. For now, my diagnosis is based on my symptoms and I am being treated with Levbid.The worst part of this is the distended abdomen. I thought I was pregnant, but a blood test came back negative. Hi Christina

Have you seen a gastroenterologist or did you see your primary care physician?

You actually can still be going to the bathroom and still be backed up. But I'm probably wrong...I thought that was another symptom of IBS?The feeling of incomplete evacuation.One of the doctors I have seen told me that was a "classic symptom" of IBS.
