I've experienced a significant improvement in symptoms over the past year since being diagnosed with IBS-D. I have resumed a full schedule of resistance and aerobic training. What I'd like to know is: has anyone got rid of the distended gut?I'm tired of looking like a Biafran famine victim, despite being in the best physical shape I've been in since high school. I could use some encouragement here!
