I just got a colonoscopy done today and he said that I have some diverticulosis. They also said they wanted to do some further tests so they biopsied (sp) tissue. They said they wanted to do a SBFT test. They told me what that is but I forgot because you are a little loopy afterwards can someone fill me in?

HiIt's a Small Bowel Follow Through (SBFT). The worst part about it is that you have to be x-rayed about every 15-30 minutes for a few hours. my grandmother suffers with this - she explained it to me and i think it is when some of ur faeces gets stuck in the deivitcular that we all have. im not sure of the details though but you could look it up online?
