Hey Asian Girl,I eat tons of saltines during a flare up. Its the age old cure all. When I am doing well, I eat triscuits too. They are loaded with fiber. Crackers are definately a safe food for me, but a lot of people can't eat wheat and grains. I would suggest you try it.
saltines are my savior when I'm not feeling well. Don't know what you can eat, or what the stomach can handle, but sometimes my best bet is some saltines with a bland soup (my favorite is chicken noodle). Mmm...anyway, I'd try them.
