It's 90 degrees outside and I don't even have the AC on. This morning I woke up freezing and had to take a hot shower. This has happened many times before and was especially difficult to deal with during the winter. My guess is that something about being constipated is making it difficult for blood to reach certain parts of my body.Anyone else feel cold?

That is why I live in Florida, but I do not think it has anything to do with constipation as I am seldom constipated. I keep my A/C at 80 degrees in my house and usually that is for night time, when I want the windows closed. But could you have a elevated temp?Char

I feel cold all the time! Not as much in summer but you might want to see your doctor and get your iron levels checked. Usually when I feel cold and it's hot outside I'm anemic and need some iron supplements. Just a thought.
