When I get a IBS attack I sometimes feel like I have a bladder infection on top of all the other colon problems. Does anyone get these symptons with their IBS attacks?

Yes I do, Quite often when my Ibs is playing up, I have to pee more often.

I do, also. I have a spastic bladder as well as colon spasms. My doc told me more than once not to let the constipation get out of control, as then the blocked-up colon puts pressure on the bladder and causes more problems. Good to know, I guess.
