Barb,I'm not sure if LEAP will help, but there are 2 other things you can try.Dairy and sugar can both cause bloating. Try taking them out of your diet one at a time, each for 2 weeks. I would do dairy first since it's easier. Avoid it for 2 weeks and see what happens. If you eat processed foods you'll have to check labels for dairy products.If that doesn't help, try avoiding all forms of sugar and fruits, onions, carrots, sweet potatos, and winter squash for 2 weeks. Some of the names for sugar on labels include cane syrup, cane juice, fructose, sucrose, and any other word ending in "-ose". You will have to check labels on everything since sugar is added to an amazing number of foods that don't and shouldn't taste sweet.Good luck, please keep us posted.
