Hi! I take Pepto Bismol whenever I feel nausea. I stopped taking Mylanta because it would flare up my D (it has magnesium in it and I get a bad reaction - found this out the painful way). I would recommend Pepto Bismol - it has worked for me. The only concern is that Pepto is also an anti-diarrheal medication which may stop you up if you are C. Another thing that I started taking was ginger for nausea - only two capsules so far, but no nausea yet. Good luck!Kathy
