[Achilles]

hi im new to the forum so i apologise if this is in the wrong catagory. The doctor told me i have i.b.s. but i dont know if its a b c or whatever.Basically i get cramps in my left side and then ill fill up with wind and make loads of noise. It doesnt stop when it starts! and i wont be able to go to the toilet when that happens. On the other hand ill have D. So yesturday i took one colofac and buscopan. And today i cant go to the bathroom and im making noise. My exam is at 2. I had white rice and a burger yesturday if thats any reason why this happened?
