Anyone tried eating how Dr. Gundry suggests, no grains, seed oils, pasta etc...

I know that seed oils are a big issue for me, just now figuring that out at the age of 48!

Let me know if he has helped anyone here or just give your opinion.

Lectins can be a mediator of IBS symptoms, but I find it's much more likely to be FODMAPs or high histamine foods, and sometimes oxalates. There can be other food mediators. I've had one or two people tell me that lectins were an issue, but I find that's much more likely for people with autoimmune issues.
