I know you can get psyllium powder at the drug store (Metamucil), or just do a search on the internet, lots of brands.

Can you just order the powder minus the parasite pills and tea? the site looks to me like you have to order the whole kit. I tried calling and left a message but got no reply. i want to avoid the senna tea and I swear I got worse taking the pills- maybe my body was just slowing down then anyhow- not sure. anyone just use the powder?

Yes. You can order just the fiber from DrNatura. Don't buy Matamucil or other cheap fiber imitation from the supermarket. They don't work!
