codeine can actually makes you constipated thats why my doc doesnt really like prescribing me it and now its started causing severe gall bladder like pain (ive had it removed already)8mg/500mg paracetamol isnt quite so bad thats the kind you can buy over the counter here but when i get the 30/500mg thats the one that kills me its damned if i do and if i dont
