I would like to know how to train my gut not to have a bm too early in the morning. It's been many months now that I wake up at 4:30 to go to the washroom. I am severely sleep deprived, and it effects the day in a negative way, stress and fatigue, anxiety. Is there any technique to learn?I would greatly appreciate any responses, thanks
