Just want to post that I eliminated dairy from my diet and it has helped me alot especially the nausea stomach and hurting above, in and slightly below my belly button. Now if I could just find the cure for bloating and being gassy
I wonder if the dairy foods was what making me have gastritis alot?

My body rejects dairy, proteins in the form of meat, most fruits and vegetables, and complex wheats. But my IBS is a direct result of damage to my digestive system. Mostly I think it is just as tired as the rest of me and wants to be left alone.
