Yes, rice was also the safiest for me. Chicken or turkey,without the skin. Cream of wheat or hard boiled eggs without the yoke for breakfast. I had tortillas and white bread, cuz during the flare up period I was sensitive to wheat bread. I stayed away from caffeinated sodas, but since I was a coffee drinker, I couldn't see myself totally going off coffee, so I cut my consumption in half. I drank a lot of water. 64ozs a day, but only in small sips. I carried the water with me all over the house or with me when I went somewhere. I stayed away from all my trigger foods for sometime. Lori
