Hey,I'm starting an elimination diet tomorrow. Sounds like a rough deal, and the beginning part of it takes approximately 3 weeks. I will let you know how it goes. The idea is to clean your system from everything that can possibly cause a reaction in people, wait till you feel better (hopefully, and apparently, very likely) and then gradually introduce different "suspect" food types and see which ones you react to.wish me luck!y
