HelloI have endometreosis. I also have lived with serious stomach issues for a number of years - cramping, constant bowel issues (frequency, stres etc.). I am seeing a dr who has ordered a colonoscopy and an endoscopy (which I am having nightmares about!!). HOwever he said he doubts he will see anything it is probably just endo OR endo and IBS and when one acts up the other does as well.Does anyone have any input on this?

A person can have both problems, just fyi.Endometriosis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome http://www.drdonnica.com/faqs/00005150.htm The tesing is important and try not to worry or stress out on it that much, it is important though.The prep is usally worse then the tests for most people. If your stressing really hard about it though I would talk to them about it first and maybe they can help you.
