Tonight I joined the club. What's that sayingI'd never join a club that would have me as a member.Anyway I've just spent the last 2 hours reading many of your postings and I want to thank you all so much.I've realized for a while that somethings been off with the old bowels. So much of what i read tonight applies to me. i.e skinny bm's that last through a few chapters of War and Peace, being intimate with many restrooms on my familiar route,my children complaining youhave to go again? Why didn't you go before you left home? We recently got a dog. I take her with me everywhere. Now I can say,can you believe that dog she could clear out a room!I learned a lot tonight. Orange juice with calcium adversely affects me too.Did you notice that it also has almost double the vit.c ?That may be the culprit.Something thataffected me greatly was alcohol. I recentlyeliminated it from my life, I was drinking2-3 glasses per day sometimes an entire bottle when the mood was right. It's been 3 weeks and the urgency and amount of bm's haslessened greatly. Is that an oxymoron?I now have developed a new symptom. I could fill the Goodyear Blimp with what I've been expelling. The dog won't even stay in the sameroom with me. I think she's catching on.Wellenough said. I am looking forward to gainingnew insight into this humbling condition.Youall seem to be a supportive group. Thanks, Pamela

Goodyear Blimp!! I can relate to that. For so long though my gas wouldn't budge. Just stayed in there and rotted I guess.
