I am not terribly bothered with IBS (although somtimes). I usually post on our fibro board here but tonight was over on the fibro board at about.com and a lady posted that she had started taking EQUALACTIN which she got at drug store. It has worked for her and it is for IBS-D and C, both. Her pharmacist told her he recommends it to all fibro sufferers.That's all I know about it but thought I'd just throw it out here. It may help someone.calida
