Hi Eric. If you have a spare moment please could you look at my post on the Fibro & CFS forum about IBS. It's here: http://www.ibsgroup.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php...ic;f=9;t=001114 Do you know if there are studies with non-CFS IBS patients into reduced blood flow to the brain's insula cortex? I wonder if the mechanism behind CFS patient's IBS symptoms is different from non-CFS IBS patients. I have always thought the IBS symptoms experienced by CFS patients are probably more likely because of the particularl problems CFS patients have with the autonomic nervous system or hypersensitivity to food and/or chemicals. Or serotonin. But this new small study calls that into question for me. Any input?Thank you.
