Hello Everyone, Just was curious if anyone else has this symptom when they have a IBS attack. I get hot all over when the pain and spasms in my abdomen start. It usually last for a few hours and then i start feeling really freezing cold especially my feet. That is how i know the attack is almost over. I was wondering why this happens and if it happens to anyone else?

lilscar, I have had that happen on many occassions too. I feel like I have a fever(or hot flashes) then I get really cold, not very pleasant. I have heard other people also go through this. I wouldn't think it's anything to worry about unless it IS a fever, then you might have an infection.
