Hi melissa,high fevers arent part of IBS unfortunately and I think you should get it checked out (blood tests..). And sorry, but I didn't catch the part about your auto immune disease? What is it? Is it connected to something else besides IBS? (IBS shouldnt be considered an autoimmune) I do get nauseous with IBS, though not v frequently...hope you get well soon..and all the best
Well I think it depends wen and how badley it happens... I do find that during an attack I get really really hot.. I have been told by the doctors that its our naturel pain killer kicking in - adrenalin, and makes us sweat... So i'd hate to think wot the pain wud be like without that
