I've been fighting IBS-D off and on for several years now. Nothing seemed to help, and I was missing a lot of work with sick days and such.A few weeks ago I decided to start taking my vitamins again, and as part of that I decided to try taking those fiber pills (can't stand the drinks). I take 2, twice a day. It's been three weeks now and I've been attack free. I had one day when things were questionable, and I had some cramping, but I just ended up using the restroom a few extra times. Everything remained "solid" and I was ok.Prior to this, I'd been missing on average 3-4 work days a month due to IBS-D for the last 8-9 months.Anyone else experience a significant improvement when adding fiber to your diet?
