Fiber pills are expensive? Really? I use Benefiber powder and it really does work! I'm up to a full dosage now and I am pretty sure that's what is causing my success! I still get nervous about certain situations though and really can't bear the thought of the dentist, but for the most part I'd have to say things are really going well.
