Hi, there is a cereal called Fiber One that has 14 grams of fiber per half cup, It works really well but when you first start using it go slow as it causes gas, I found that if I started with a 1/4 of a cup and mixed it with another cereal it didn't cause so much gas, then I upped it about once a week until I got up to a cup. If you find that your BMs are to big you may want to back it down to about a 1/2 mixed with some other cereal.
