Wheat bran IMO is horrible and makes things worse. Oat bran has helped but stopped working but I think it worth a try. Corn bran has some good science on it but it seems that it is near impossible to get in small quantities. Rice bran might be worth a try. I get mine by eating short grain brown rice which I myself find undoubtedly helpful and is a near daily part of my diet.Has anybody tried flax seed for constipation? Also anyone tried wheat bran for constipation. What has been your experience? Did it help? Please reply.
