I have been taking some Flax Seed Capsules and found they didn't do that much, so had a talk with my health nutritionist and she said to change to taking 1-2 dessertspoons of Flax Seed Oil each day. Because of the taste, I know buy the organic one and take that...one dessertspoon in the morning before my breakfast and one after lunch. With my magnesium and Vitamin B Complex AND exercise and drinking lots of water each day, I find that now, I am NOT accute I.B. C as my Gastro said I was...the Flax Seed Oil was the secret and "got things moving" so to speak. Please give it a try. It works...I don't eat any fatty food at all. That's my trigger so I've found out, so junk food it out for me. Lots of vegies and fruit and salads have replaced all that now and olive oil on my salads by the way.
