Hi,I'm not sure that flaxseed oil is supposed to be a quick relief kind of thing. I think it needs to somewhat accumulate in your system. I used milled flaxseed and added it to my oatmeal each morning a while ago and I think it helped. I was also adding magnesium supplements at the same time, so it was hard to tell which was giving me the relief I needed.Lately I was on Zelnorm, it stopped working and now my system is all messed up, and my doc has me on lots of different things at once that aren't helping and are causing pain. I guess my IBS-C has gotten progressively worse the past few months.So, to wrap this up, you might want to give it some more time.
