I have been trying to keep a record of the types of food that set off an attack and lately ive noticed that fruit really does a number on me. Watermelon leaves me feeling nauseous and burpy. Fruit is good for you and essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, what can I take to help ease the pain and suffering i get whenever i eat fruit?

hmmm... many fruits are laxatives, and I can't tell you any better way to handle them, but it sounds as if you might be fructose intolerant. Some people with ibs experience pain/bloating/diarrhea from foods high in fructose, such as most fruits. You could look up a low-fodmap diet, which is a diet low in fructose and other hard-to-digest sugars, to find which fruits and foods have less sugar and see if it helps.
