hey marnie, i saw that you said you'd been taking dicetel. i got a prescription for it a while ago, but after reading about it, i decided not to take it because it's so new and not too many people seemed to find it helped. have you felt ANY improvement? also, have you had any 'side effects'?thanx,midge

It is not new, I've been taking it since March 2000 myself and it is well established in Canada, the most prescribed IBS medicine in Canada. I also find it very effective for pain and cramping.
