I suggest pelvic floor testing is at least something you should do rather than post over and over that straining all the time makes you feel bad and you think it can't make anyone else feel bad.It makes everyone feel bad. It doesn't make anyone feel good.
I agree with Kathleen.Straining is not good for you.I do this all the time and i feel very ill,but i am doing pelvic floor exercises and have been through Biofeedback,hoping it helps eventually.Speak to a doctor.
