Hi there! This is my 3rd post about leaky gas however as of right now i’m taking levothyroxine (for my hypothyroid) i’ve realised that when my mind is COMPLETELY detached from my gas problem, i can sit somewhat normally and not feel the sensation however i find it hard to sit still and stop thinking of it as i still have the feeling of gas when i sit, no matter how much i move about in my seat to reduce that feeling i guess the odor/gas is still coming out. I’m not sure how to ‘forget’ about this gas because i think that if i relax it might further push my gas without me feeling it as my body relaxes. Does anyone have any breathing or some type of way to focus on something else and completely forget? This is the second time i’ve found that forgetting it completely got the sensation away, the first time was when i was sitting in class before lunch and i had terrible stomach noises because of hunger but then i don’t remember how but i just forgot about it and the feeling went away, then by the time i remembered the class was already over, now the second time was a few days ago, same thing but this time it was my gas in which i just randomly completely forgot and that sensation was gone until i suddenly remembered.
Also i’ve seen many posts comment about exercise, should i switch to walking in the mornings? I usually take the bus but even when i walk as i get to school i have gas again, i just really want to forget i have this!
