After years (decades) of morning abdominal pain, I started

a do-it-yourself program with peppermint oil. I've tried the

soft-gels in the past with no success, so I purchased some

empty enteric capsules (size oo) which I filled with pure

peppermint oil.

I started with four capsules a day--morning, lunch , afternoon, bedtime.

After the first day I woke up with no stomach pain. NO STOMACH PAIN!!!

After a few days I cut back to one capsule at bedtime.

I tried skipping it night before last. Not a good idea.

So for now I'm quite happy with the results.
