My symptoms- bloating, burping, flatulence, reflux. I started taking a supplement called AcidEase by Prevail. I started 2 weeks ago and have had the best 2 weeks of health in 8 years. I really don't think I'm dealing with placebo effect as I have tried a ton of things in the past that didn't help or made me worse. Flux or experts,Is there any scientific reason this should be helping.Ingredients are slippery elm, marshmellow root, amylase, cellulase, and lipase. Thanks,Pete

Pete, I was going to ask anyone on these boards if they have tried Slippery Elm. I take slippery elm pills with every meal, and they seem to soothe my stomach. I notice that when I don't take them, I have a harder time after meals. I have IBS-D, and have been taking the slippery elm pills for years. I noticed that was an ingredient in your new supplement. I buy my pills from my local health food store. The brand is Nature's Way, and they are slippey elm pills. I guess slippery elm is simply tree bark and the pills are the tree bark made into dust filled capsules. It is suppose to be soothing to your stomach. I'm glad you found something that helps you. That is always such a wonderful time, any relief is great!!! Kim

Hi Kimber, is the slippery elm pills good for stomach gurgling rumblings and gas?
