Dear Citrucel users: I called the drug company that makes Citrucel and the fact is that one scoop is equal to 4 caplets! My doctor had recommended two scoops twice a day so that meant I'd be chewing 16 captlets! The scoops, though disgusting, are easier... at least for me. !

That's strange because the directions for the powder call for 1 scoop at night and the directions for the tablets are to take 2 tablets, so I figured that's the same dose.
