I feel like giving up on trying to eat healthy- brocollai- carrots , fruit( I don't eat any wheat, dairy,bread, no cereal except for oatmeal)- no meat, no sugar,no alcohol- exersize every day- still have such bad gas. Only from after breakfast till lunch- once I have lunch - have gas all day through bedtime. It sucks- so discouraging and uncomfortable. Sometimes I wonder if I wouldn't be better just eating as if I didn't have IBS- and see what happens- I'm just afraid. My husband has a cast iron stomache- he can eat anything- it is a blessing I wonder if he appreciates. Would someone pleas help me- some suggestions/Thanks
