Sometimes for some people when the gas goes out the bloating goes down, they don't always go together (as gas isn't the only cause of bloating) but better out than in. Some people don't move the gas very well so it may accumulate.If you are eating a lot of starches that will increase gas as will some fruits and things like cabbage family veggies and beans.
go and get a sensitivity test i get really bad wind all the time, and turns out i have low levels of all my digestive enzymes. so my acids etc are not breaking down food properly causing the gas (so the test said)find a natural health therapist and ask about sensitivity tests.i am goin for my 2nd in stallment in a weeks time and will find out what supplements i will need ill let you how i get on
