Gastroparesis

I along with my IBS have Gastroparesis (a paralyzed or very slow stomach) the medicine I take for one causes the other to act up does anybody else deal with this and if you do do you have any suggestions? I am really just plain fed up with it and would like to have my GI tract totaly removed if you know what I mean
