Has ginger in any form been of help to anyone else. I've been taking one capsule a day over the last month and have noticed quite a differnce. No recent occurrences of diahorrea and my bladder has consequently not been so irritable. Also, much less flatulence. However, I still get pain after a BM (which looks much more like they used to when I was a boy) and still get discomfort after vigorous exercise. I'm not cured, but I must say that I'm an awful lot better. Gee, thanks, Ginger!
