Hey I was wondering if some one can give me a list of fruits and vegetables that are okay to eat on a gluten free diet? I noticed that going gluten free helped my symptoms about 40-50 percent. Thanks,Jakora
As long as they are fresh or frozen fruits or veggies you should be OK. Gluten usually is only in grains. So you need to avoid ones that have breading or seasonings pre-added to them as all the breadings and some of the seasonings have wheat.http://www.endowsec.com/pated/edtgs06.htm has some more info if you need it. The main thing is stick to the stuff that is plain when you buy it and only add stuff you know is OK to them.
