I had a symptom free day, yesterday, till I went out in the evening. I haven't had a good day in well over 3 weeks, so it was very nice to have no symptoms. I cleaned the house properly and even made potatoe salad. I felt wonderful, refreshed, and full of energy. I went out shopping at 7:30 pm, for about an hour. I was good for the first 1/2 hour, then towards the end I was severely bloated and the pain was horrible. I try and control the pain with breathing excersises, like you do when you are in labour, and I slowdown my movement to a crawl. I was wondering if anyone else finds that movement and/or lifting increases their pain? I suffer severely with ibs-A and never know what my insides are going to do.
