I couldn't find a regional forum so.. does ANYONE ANYONE know of a good GI that is not only nice but truly cares about listening to their patients, with lots of experience and does things like SIBO and is not uneducated like many GIs out there? I'm in the Los angeles and orange county area and you would think that itd be easy to find but there are too many.. and ive already been to 2. Thanks!

Here is a thread from our Meetups Forum that talks about the LA area. On this page you see a few posts by member 'Eric" who has a few links to the IBS Center @ UCLA. Also further down member 'Cookies4Marilyn' mentions a specific Dr as well. Just click here to read the thread:http://www.ibsgroup.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=61485

Since you seem interested in SIBO Dr. Pimentel is at Cedar Sinai.http://research.csmc.edu/acad/gradprogram/...ors/profile/265I don't know how easy it is to get to see him, specifically, but since they do a lot of that research there at least the testing and all that should be available from any of the doctors in the GI department there.
